There are so little time, but so much stuff to do.
This and last Wednesday, I went to the science museum. And on both occasion, we got kicked out because the museum is about to close. Today, we also went to the history museum, but also got kicked out because of closing time.
But my time here is also running out. I have a few weeks left here before returning back to the States. I have so much stuff that I want to do. (>.<) But at least I will have to come back next year, and it will be longer, I guess...

Check point!
Since I've been back in Hong Kong, I noticed that there are a lot of police check points on the road.
I remember seeing a check point once or twice every few month. But now, you can hardly go a week without seeing a check point.
Don't know why... Most of the time, they target people driving alone and taxis. Maybe the people in blues are searching for smuggled drugs. Who knows?

Legality
Went to a computer mall in Sham Shui Po yesterday.
I like that place. There are lot more variety of products here. There are digital drawing tablets there. I saw one that the tablet is a monitor. I want to buy a Wacom Intuos3, but I am going to price check on other places and online.
I bought a DVI to HDMI cable. A few CD pens.
I saw some computer games for less than HKD$ 100. They are obviously illegal copy, but I was tempted. But I thought, it might not be good for my computer. But I did saw some photoshop programs.
I really want that tablet, but I am going to look for the best price.

Old wood house.
Went to the old wood house the other day. It is out in the country side in the New Territory.
I remember, back in the day, when you can still live there. Now, the second floor is caving in. There are water leaks.
This visit is a salvage mission. We went there to take some old stuff back into town. Also to take some scrap metal to sell.
We found an old camera case that I heard many story about. I heard that I dropped the case and broke the camera. I was very young. I can't remember that event. We also found some old break for my grandpa's old car.
There were a lot of bugs there. I saw a beautiful purple dragonfly. Some butterfly. I got bit by a few mosquitoes, but their bites are not as bad as those from the city.
I didn't have any runny nose there, no itchy eyes.

Fortress!
Today I went to the Coastal Defense Museum.
It was nice. I took about four hundred pictures.
The main exhibition is nicely air conditioned. It show the history of military of Hong Kong. From the 1300's, to the Opium War, to British Occupation, to Japanese Occupation, to after 1997.
The out side is the fortifications. There are a few cannon and underground passage ways. There are also some war torn ruins.
I am a bit disappointed that the gift shop didn't have any thing that say Coastal Defense Museum on it. But I did buy two nice pins that are replica of The Hong Kong Royal Police and British Royal Army insignia. My mom bought a magic trick thing.

THE UBER BOX!!
Yesturday I went to The MEGA BOX.
It is the largest mall in Hong Kong. It is about 16 stories high, not including the 2 basement levels.
That place only have a few stores that I am interested in. But I love the interior architecture and design of the building.
I did went to a book store. I love that place, they sell books, of course, but also, DVDs VCDs CDs BRs, and stationary, and USB powered goodies.
I bought a four games bundle for the price of one game!!!! Company of Heroes, Supreme Commander, War Hammer and an expansion pack.
I also saw some Haruhi Suzumiya novels and manga. I would by the manga, but they were missing volume 2. For the novels, I wanted to buy some too, but I don't know how to read. (>.<)

Spaces problem
For my time in Hong Kong, the primary source of my digitized data out put, in put, entertainment, and information is at my Grandma's house. My uncle family live with her and they have broadband access.
The internet speed is quite fast, about 100 mpbs, but I can't seem to access MySpace at that place. I can access it from other internet port. I don't understand why.
So all my blog update at my MySpace page will be late, but I will be too lazy to edit any of the blog posts. So blog posts from many days might just appear on the same day.
