Went to a computer mall in Sham Shui Po yesterday.

I like that place. There are lot more variety of products here. There are digital drawing tablets there. I saw one that the tablet is a monitor. I want to buy a Wacom Intuos3, but I am going to price check on other places and online.

I bought a DVI to HDMI cable. A few CD pens.

I saw some computer games for less than HKD$ 100. They are obviously illegal copy, but I was tempted. But I thought, it might not be good for my computer. But I did saw some photoshop programs.

I really want that tablet, but I am going to look for the best price.

Like a rich fat kid in a candy store.

That was how I felt like monday.

My tea pot project has a cyberpunk design. I needed an old computer for parts to decorate it.
I asked around, and Sandy have some old computer in a barn. She delivered it to the school monday.

She said the old Mac Power computer still works. So I wanted to turn it on to see how the OS work. But there was no power cord. So I started to take it apart. I was so happy to see the inside of an old computer. It used to belong to BGSU around 1994 or later.

But I felt sort of bad. Because I sort of euthanized the computer. I tore it apart piece by piece. I got to the hard drive and I resisted a little, because it is like the soul of the computer. I continued my disassembling of the hard drive, but this was a challenge. The screw on the hard drive was so hard to unscrew. I unscrew three out of six. Leonard help me with the other two. But the last one was stuck.

I took every thing apart. Next I will have to take apart the keyboard and the mouse. Sandy also gave me a monitor, but I doubt I'll have any use of that. How will I dispose of it?

Data Burst Complete

Yesterday night and this morning, I uploaded many Megabyte of digital photography on to MySpace and FaceBook.

I have check my hard drive, I have 18.9 Gigabyte pictures on it.

Forth time

Today my laptop froze three times. That make the total of forth. The forth one happened just a few minuets ago.

I have no fucking idea why the hell is it happening. WHY!!!! I doubt it is a VISTA problem.
It just sadden me. What is wrong??

I wasn't even doing anything extreme. All happen while I was running internet explorer.

Memory, memory

My new computer is working quite well.......... if it doesn't crash. The graphics and RAM is working really well. But since my operation system is Vista, some time my games crash. This is very annoying. But every thing else work really fast and look awesome.

One thing that is already a big problem is that I only have a 80 GB hard drive. I only have about 3GB left.
I have to move Splinter Cell to my external hard drive, which only have about 50 GB free space out of 250GB. The game is 11.4 GB. Every thing on Steam that I have is about 19.1 GB.

I wish I had told my dad to order a bigger hard drive.

Today I bought Sims 2: Night Life and Open for Business on sale. But I don't know if I should keep it. My interst in the Sims franchies shrunk a little. Also I don't know if I should keep my attension on games too much. I think I should keep my focus on writing my books....

Google Earth

The newest version of Google Earth is awesome!

There are many new feature. Most of which I will never use. There is the Google Sky to look at the stars, this will keep my astronomy heart busy for a while.

There is a fun hidden feature. It is a flight simulator. "ctrl+alt+a" will start the flight menu. You can chose from two planes. One is a jet, one is a propeller. Then you fly. The HUD is a bit primitive, there are no compass.
